Due to the distinct way our brains process trauma, the effects of the event can persist long after its occurrence, resulting in symptoms such as hypervigilance, anxiety, emotional sensitivity, emotional detachment, and other manifestations rooted in unresolved trauma.
Designed by a team comprising both trauma survivors and psychologists, Rebound functions by assisting individuals in transitioning their brains out of "emergency mode" through the guided reprocessing of underlying traumatic memories. The comprehensive program not only educates users on the impact trauma exerts on their mental and physical well-being but also equips them with methods validated to address the core causes of trauma-related symptoms.
